Case Study: Catastrophe Experience Strategy Refresh
Mural • Asana • Keynote • Photoshop • Illustrator • Research • Interviews • Discovery • Sprints • Workshops • Iteration • Presentation • Final Refinement As the Catastrophe Experience team's strategy had been developed several years ago, they enlisted myself and another designer to use human-centered design to do a deep dive of the existing strategy, find where it was still relevant and where team growth had changed its needs. From our process, we developed a set of solutions, plus a new vision statement, strategic outcomes, and digital design principles to guide the team for the next 3-5 years.

Simple But Needed: Onboarding

I helped to create their onboarding process, simplify their sign up and log in screens, and also redesigned the UI of their main "Launch Pad" screen.

They have offices in New York, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia. This is the first online catalog created for this company. It was published online in February 2020.
